Schedule an Appointment
We offer in person as well as telehealth visits. You can schedule online through our portal or by phone, text, or email. Appointment reminders are customized to your preference.
Treatment
Appointments and evaluations not requiring in-person physical assessments can be done remotely via telehealth or in person at your preference. This includes lab work follow-ups, medication reviews, and consultations. Outpatient testing can also be ordered, when appropriate, via our remote telehealth services. Our physical facilities are comfortable, warm, and inviting for a personal touch to your healthcare and wellness experience.

Emily Ruckman
Owner, Nurse Practitioner
David Ruckman OD
Emily got her bachelor’s in nursing degree at the University of Nevada, Reno. She started her career as an RN working primarily in the ER which later expanded to include gero-pysch and ICU. She enjoys the critical thinking involved with high acuity patient care. She obtained her CEN and CCRN while creating improved hospital protocols to transition patients from the ER to the ICU. For her master’s in nursing, she returned to UNR where she did rotations in Cardiology, Pulmonary Medicine, and Primary Care. Post-Master’s she was credentialled as a hospitalist where she managed a wide range of inpatient and outpatient conditions. She left the hospital system to take an opportunity to manage multiple Urgent Cares while continuing to practice in both Family Practice and Urgent Care. She has Post-Master’s Certifications in Injectable Aesthetics, Neuromodulation, BBL, Microneedling, Micro Cannula, Aesthetic PRP, Hair Restoration procedures, Ultrasound-guided Orthopedic PRP, PRP for sexual wellness, HLA Filler, Biote Certified Provider, Mesotherapy/Sclerotherapy injections, and Dermatology. She has opened her own practice to create a space for fully integrative and personalized healthcare.
